Description:
Erythromycin belongs to the group of macrolide antibiotics.
It has a bacteriostatic effect, inhibiting protein synthesis.
Erythromycin is effective against gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria.
Insturctions:
Erythromycin 1000 is indicated for the treatment of respiratory diseases caused by mycoplasma and/or bacterial infections in poultry and swine. Effective in the treatment of chronic respiratory diseases (CRD), mycoplasmosis, pasteurellosis and corrosion, as well as salmonellosis.
Erythromycin should never be used in horses, rabbits and guinea pigs, its use can lead to fatal acute colitis because it disrupts the intestinal microflora.
Do not use erythromycin in combination with other macrolide antibiotics.
User guide
Birds, turkeys – 25 g – 100 liters of drinking water for 3 to 5 days.
For pigs: 25 g – 100 liters of drinking water for 3-5 days.
Repeat the treatment only on the recommendation of the veterinarian.
The medicine should be used within 24 hours.
